How to make “Hot Post” section stop moving.

Hi there,
How do I stop sections from moving like a carousel? I cannot find a way to stop the sections from moving. There is too much motion and I would like the “Hot post” section to remain with only 4 posts visible. I do not need that section to be a carousel.

Same issue, I could not find a way to stop or slow the carousel sections. I had to change the theme, yet this current theme (handy pro) has its own puzzle. To place to change the header image and slider red colouring text effect.
